Ocean Breeze Living is a Residential Care Home expertly designed for people who need a little extra help to live the great life they deserve. We are a Family Owned and Operated fully licensed Non-Medical facility specializing in the 24hr care of the unique needs and care of our residents.

Kelly Anderson

Kelly Anderson is the Owner & Administrator of Ocean Breeze Living. Kelly comes with 30+ years of Physical Therapy experience. She has a background in Acute, Sub-acute, and Skilled Rehabilitation of the Senior Population. Specializing in Neuro-Care, ADL, mobility training, and Independent living training for Seniors. Kelly also has Emergency Care Training and is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with the State of California for 30+ yrs. Kelly has several years of experience in healthy eating and nutritional preparation and the specialized experience that even the pickiest palette will enjoy. All meals are hand-prepared dining options for every resident’s unique needs.

Michelle

With over 20 years of experience in elderly care, Michelle is a dedicated and compassionate caregiver and the current Facility Administrator, committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. In her dual role, Michelle not only provides hands-on, personalized care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and preferences but also oversees the overall operations of the facility to ensure a safe, supportive, and high-quality care environment.


Skilled in assisting with daily living activities, medication management, mobility support, and companionship, Michelle is known for her patient and empathetic approach. She fosters a respectful and nurturing atmosphere that promotes dignity and independence, particularly for clients living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or physical limitations.


As Facility Administrator, Michelle brings strong leadership and organizational skills, ensuring that staff, residents, and families work together in a cohesive, caring community. Her warmth, reliability, and genuine passion for senior care are evident in every aspect of her work. Families trust Michelle not only for her clinical expertise but also for the peace of mind she brings through consistent, compassionate support.

Desiree

Desiree is a seasoned elderly caregiver, Certified Administrator, and experienced Activity Director with a strong background in providing high-quality, compassionate care to seniors. With extensive experience in both in-home and facility-based settings, Desiree is proficient in assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, mobility support, and medication reminders.


In addition to being certified in First Aid, CPR, and dementia care, Desiree brings leadership and administrative expertise as a Certified Administrator, ensuring that care environments operate smoothly, ethically, and in compliance with all regulations. As an Activity Director, Desiree specializes in creating and coordinating programs that promote social engagement, mental stimulation, and emotional well-being for seniors of all ability levels.


Focused on promoting independence and preserving dignity, Desiree is committed to fostering a supportive environment where seniors feel secure, valued, and empowered. Reliable, discreet, and empathetic, Desiree works closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, personalized care that enhances quality of life.

Cami

Caring for others has always been close to Cami’s heart. With several years of experience supporting elderly clients, Cami has built a reputation for kindness, patience, and dependability. Whether it’s helping with daily tasks, offering a listening ear, or simply sharing a smile, Cami takes pride in being a steady presence in someone’s life.


Cami has worked with seniors facing a variety of needs, including memory loss, mobility issues, and chronic health conditions. No matter the situation, their goal is always the same: to make each day a little easier and more joyful.
